Vegetarians and omnivores alike can get their eat on at the 12th Annual LA TOFU FESTIVAL this weekend in Little Tokyo! Food stalls from various local venues offer an endless array of variations on the versatile soy product, and this year's festivities include a TOFU-EATING CONTEST and a WIFI SCAVENGER HUNT!
Also, there will be live demonstrations of how to cook with tofu by Top Chef's Candice Kumai, who is the official spokesperson of the Tofu Festival this year.
