Align yourself with nature in more ways than one: this beachside Vinyasa yoga practice benefits the Surfrider Foundation and helps clean up the beaches and preserve wetlands.
Help the beaches of Santa Monica and Malibu whilst getting your mind and body aligned doing yoga by the beach every Monday through August. The Vinyasa Flow Yoga will be taught in the grass area next to Ocean Front Walk and parking is available in lot 5 on 2600 Barnard Way. For me info you can email Brett @ Unbertable@gmail.com
