EASTSIDE BIKE CLUB CELEBRATES 1ST YEAR ANNIVERSARY WITH

COMMUNITY BIKE RIDE, OUTDOOR MOVIES, MUSIC AND FIREWORKS

On Saturday June 27th, the EASTSIDE BIKE CLUB will be celebrating our 1st Year Anniversary with a community bike ride thru the streets of Northeast Los Angeles.

The event starts at Lincoln Park in Lincoln Heights, just 5 minutes Northeast of Downtown LA.   Bike riders will arrive at 3pm at the Lincoln Park to decorate our bikes RED, WHITE and BLUE (Weekend before the 4th of July).  

The ride will depart at 4:30pm and pedal at a casual pace thru the communities of Lincoln Heights, Boyle Heights and El Sereno.   

They ride will conclude back at Lincoln Park where riders will picnic.   The Los Angeles Parks and Recreation will have bands and DJ’s playing music.   The featured band will be none other than Eastsides own “TIERRA”.  

At dusk there will be an OUTDOOR MOVIE THEATER and a FIREWORKS SHOW!

This event is open to the public and is FREE.

All ages and abilities are welcomed.

What to Bring:             A bike in good working order.

                                    Everyone 18 years or younger must wear a helmet to ride on this ride

Money, to pruchase your meal if you do not pack one (Parks and Recs will BBQ).  

Most of all bring a GOOD ATTITUDE and be ready to experience a FUN casual paced ride with some GREAT PEOPLE.
