It gives us great pleasure to announce that RUIN HOLLYWOOD is moving to Every 2nd & 4th Saturday, beginning with Saturday, November 14th, as we present our dark gift to you, " THE VAMPIRE BALL" - a Sinister Nightmare of Exquisite Corpses and such Sweet Music as spun by children of the night, DJ Xian (Malediction Society, Disko.Nekro, Wumpskate) and DJ Baron (Bar Sinister, Severance, Disko.Nekro) spinning Darkwave, Trip Hop, Dark Indie, Dark 80's, Tribal, World Fusion, Ethereal, NeoClassical, Synthpop, Downtempo and Avant Garde in the Main Hall~  Guests are encouraged to exhume their finest Undead attire and gild themselves in a Decadent manifestation of their favorite Vampiric sub-archtype.

Which will you be? The terrors of the old hag? The seductive leanan sidhe? The kinkster lobishoman? A bouncing troupe of chiang-shih? Perhaps something a bit more familiar... Maybe a pack of feral Lost Boy or Near Dark style vampires? Or the timeless classics of the creepy Nosferatu and seductive Dracula? Will you be meticulous or blooddrenched, timeless or out of era, iconic or exotic, cliche or subtle? Can you cross rivers, must you count seeds? Do you have minions, brides,  a reflection, or dare we say it...sparkles? Perhaps you're not even a vampire, but a dhampire or a sexy hunter? ;)

In addition to the haunting tunes and dark fantasy projections in The Parlour, you may also discover the alchemical solutions of our Absinthe Bar, hosted by Erika of Glamour Lush Absinth and Millenary Couture. And as ever, the Monte Cristo offers an expansive rooftop smoking and drinking patio of vice with newly built seating, a vast wooden dancefloor set beneath crimson, crystal chandeliers in the Main Hall, plush table seating, exquisite sound and lighting, upgraded A/C, coatcheck, and of course valet for your convenience. Complimentary candid club photography will be provided for this evening by Violet Photography (please, no outside cameras), and prepare for a late night, because we're open til 2:30AM!!
